.id was looking for a fresh approach and clear direction for communicating the concept and value of their unique Placemaker platform.
How we helped
Smartface was engaged to create a consolidated strategy for communicating Placemaker effectively across .id’s marketing channels. Working closely with the team at .id, a set of personas based on key decision makers within .id’s client base was developed along with a comprehensive communication strategy.
Utilising the insights gained from the strategy project, we designed a new product landing page for Placemaker that incorporates .id’s approach to storytelling and exposes the power of this unique product.
