Solving complicated content hierarchies with grounded UX design
The project
UCCO needed a website and content management system that enabled managers to allocate roles to specific staff for content delivery and to assist in processing of data collected through a range of web forms.
What we did
Through our work-shopping process Smartface built a clear customer identification and communication strategy that UCCO now use to unify marketing, support clients across diverse demographics and improve mission clarity.
In addition, we built a modern website that helps streamline staff workflows via content approval systems and supports complex client data collection for administrative team.
